Multiply-Ed or X-Ed is a project of the Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking (CYAN), Government Watch (G-Watch), Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP), and Bukluran ng mga Progresibong Iskolar – UP System (Bukluran UP System) that aims to improve transparency, participation, and accountability in various levels of education governance, particularly in implementing learning continuity plans for Senior High Schools and the transition to face-to-face classes post-COVID.

Center for Youth Advocacy and Networking is a youth-led non-profit organization which strives to optimize youth activism through innovative programs and approaches; sustain and expand partnership among youth organizations that effectively empowers the youth; sustain sectoral advocacy for a developmental youth reform agenda and progressive democratic roles in the society.
Government Watch (G-Watch)
Government Watch (G-Watch) is an independent citizen action and research for accountability that aims to contribute in the deepening of democracy through political reform and citizen empowerment. G-Watch has had two decades of experience in citizen monitoring and action research on transparency, participation and accountability (TPA).

Education Out Loud is the Global Partnership for Education’s fund for advocacy and social accountability. The fund supports civil society to be active and influential in shaping education policy to better meet the needs of communities, especially of vulnerable and marginalized populations.

Bukluran ng mga Progresibong Iskolar – UP System (Bukluran UP System)
Bukluran ng mga Progresibong Iskolar – UP System (Bukluran UP System) is the first and only system-wide Federation of progressive student organizations from the various campuses of the University of the Philippines. Bukluran champions Students' Rights And Welfare (STRAW) as well as progressive advocacies both in the UP System and the national level.
