All questions, complaints, feedback, and comments that need technical and professional insight or answer shall be referred to the Department of Education for appropriate response. Upon referral, the Multiply-Ed team will request the filer to follow-up the response from DepEd by providing necessary information. While Multiply-Ed shall provide maximum effort to help in seeking response and actions, response from DepEd cannot be guaranteed.

The Multiply-Ed also complies with the Data Privacy Act in handling all information received.
